I'm making a wedding cake for a friend. The one she picked out has mini royal icing roses. Roses have never been my strong suit, but I CANNOT make the tiny ones. I've tried and they turn out terrible. I have looking on some websites and they're pretty expensive to buy. Does anyone have suggestions on the best (& cheapest) place to buy some?

I HATE ROYAL ICING..i cant work with it at alll..HOWEVER, fondant roses are a lot easier to make in my opinion and they come out much much much nicer. Take a look in my photos for the 2 tier cake with all the roses..they look a lot better in fondant/gumpaste than they do in royal, and since they are the small ones they only need 2 laters of petals, so they are quick to make. I suggest u try these, i fu have any questions, don't hesitate to PM me and I'll try to help you as much as I can.
