Has anyone tried using the sugar cookie dough in the refrigerated section for bouquets? Felt like making a few for gifts, but not feeling like making up the dough. How lazy, huh? ha ha....
Thanks,
Amy

Blewck - sticking tongue out. That stuff is only good raw (I must admit my DH loves the choc chip kind - samples my homemade and smiles but devours the refrig kind!). I think it tells you to add more flour if you plan on rolling them out for cutters.

I wouldn't do it, but that is just my opinion. In a pinch, I guess it would work, but why put the effort forth for such an inferior product?

your right, I guess I needed to come back to earth. I just got moved into my house and finally settled. I wanted to do some decorating, just don't have it in me to go all out at the moment. I guess I'll wait.
Thanks for snapping me back before I started.

Good decision! Only use that stuff if you want to take pictures for samples and try out new designs. But to actually eat or worse yet, sell, don't do it!

Don't Do It! I did once in a pinch and the dough spred like wild-fire in the oven! I spaced them pretty far apart on the cookie sheet and still ended up with one huge, misshapen cookie! Plus, the dough won't hold up on the stick! Yuck!
