I finally got my new cake finished....whew! This one took me awhile to do even after the buttercream mess up. It's posted in my photos in case you guys wanna check it out. It's the Pittsburgh Steelers one. What do you think? Anything that I could have done to make it better?? Sorry...I know that the picture is terrible!

I have a groom's cake next year and they want me to make University of Miami (bride's alma mater) vs. Florida State (groom's)-kind of a house divided/mixed marriage thing. I haven't tried to make a helmet yet but have been gathering ideas!! Any input would help! Thanks!

dodibug...I used the sports ball pan, I carved a bit out of the front to make it like the front opening of the helmet. For the face mask...I cheated and used black pipe cleaner. Hope that helps...if you have any more questions please just ask anytime.
