I flavored (and already decorated) my cookies with royal icing Gingerbread Coffemate Creamer. How long do you think this will stay good? I already decorated 30 christmas cookies with this mixture. Should I start all over? icon_cry.gificon_cry.gificon_cry.gif

You couldn't have used that much creamer. I wouldn't worry over it. I'm guessing since you're not freezing the cookies that they will be eaten within the next week?

I used 2T of creamer to 1C of icing and that decorated about 25 cookies. I am actually giving these cookies to a friend to put in her store.

i wouldnt think they would have to go in the fridge. It would be just like using mild in your icing. That does not have to be refriderated because the sugar acts as a preservative.
