Has anyone tried Toba's French Vanilla Buttercream?? I haven't but I've heard great things about it.

It's very good- it tastes like she says it does...vanilla icecream. It's pretty rich though and tastes very buttery when it's cold, so try to serve it at room temp.

I use it as a filling quite a bit.

I purchased 2 1 pound bags of it from www.wineandcake.com for 2.95. They may not have it on there website but they take orders over the phone.
They have there number on there website. there dutch is not that dark.
If i get a chance i can take a pic of it. I also have the dark chocolate powder and regular coco powders by the major brands if i can i will show the differance. If someone wants to see them.

What about the cream cheese frosting? Has anyone else found it to be very thin? I'm looking for a crusting cream cheese frosting that is good to decorate with. Is this it?
