i was asked if i would be interested in making the cake for 300 people. i've only made 1 wedding cake before for 150. what sizes would i need for 300 ? not sure if i'm up for the challenge, although it is for a family member and i do have room for freedom.

i haven't gotten all the details but i don't think it's going to be a traditional cake, maybe something with lots of color and POP !

Yeah, lucky girl with an extended family and more divorce drama than anyone can handle. it's really a freenzy between 3 parents.
