Happy Holidays Everyone !
I love to watch Rachel Ray on the Food Network and she was on Oprah !!
There is alot of recipes but the one that I cant wait to try is the FUDGE !!

a friend of mine has been making the pomegranite martinis forever...I Love IT...he makes 'em a little sweeter by adding more contreau than Oprah indicated....and the real pomegranite seed bits at the bottom look so cool...he actually freezes his so it makes that martini extra-chilled!!

My MIL was talking about the easy fudge recipe and she could not remember everything that was in it. I will print out a copy for her so that she can make fudge anytime. The fudge recipe could be adapted for any season (not just the holidays) and easy to make for any occasion.

***Forgot to add- that martini sounds really good, too!

Pomegranite martinis sound fantastic! Great idea to feeze the seeds. I wish I had caught that episode.
