I was thinking of making my daughters class some cupcakes for her Christmas party this year.....I was wondering when the cap cakes is done, after I frost them, and put them all in the shape of a tree, do I just put them in the form of the tree or is there a way to attach them so they will not move everywhere/?????? I also got a wilton Christmas tree pan, but I figured the children would prefer cupcakes.......Also when I frost them I was going to do red and green tops and find like christmas cake toppers for them.....What do y'all think?????

I'm still learning, watch out I ask alot of questions.... icon_biggrin.gif

Thanks

..to keep the cupcakes in place, just put a dab of icing on the bottom of each one and the place the cupcakes on your cake board!

Oh yes! Cupcake cakes are the best! I made my first one for my daughter. I even did my first FBCT on it. Super easy!

I think cupcakes are a good way to go. I usually buy plastic cupcake holders from the grocery store bakery to transport. I made some last year and molded some Christmas trees out of candy melts and put them on top of the cupcakes. Thet were a big hit. I also used some of the red and green sprinkles. icon_smile.gif
