I was at a Project Prom meeting last night and a gentleman that is a videographer approached me. He wanted to know if I would be interested in helping him organize a bridal show in our area. We live in a small town outside Houston. Houston does have it's own Bridal Extravaganza in early spring but neither one of us can afford the $2,000.00 booth fee. I'm kind of excited about this. I did tell him that I wouldn't really be able to help till after the New Year. I'm also in charge of our "Mr. GQ" contest for the senior boys at our high school which is in late February so I don't have a lot of time right now. Any ideas that anyone would like to share?

I'm not sure. I've never done anything like this. I think instead of trying to have the big vendors, I would like to focus on the small ones like my own company and smaller companies that I know of in the area. I would love to know if anyone that is in this area would be interested in renting a booth and showing their "stuff". Would it be worth it for me to even try organizing something like this?
