Would 10", 8", and 6 " tiers be enough?
And other than wilton, where is a good place to find a cake stand?
This site is helpful when deciding how much cake you need. As for cake stands, you can just search the internet. If you hit it right, you can find them on ebay too.

To serve 150 people you would need 14", 12", 10"--each tier made up of 2, 2" layers. If you want to do the 10,8,6 you could do a sheet cakes to feed 80 or so.

Try this too:

Earlene's cake chart is a bit more generous/realistic than Wilton's. She also has some other helpful info too!
Also, I like to leave at least a 4 in. difference between the tiers but it depends on what look the bride wants.
Good luck!
