What kind of unit are they? Is he known for anything, such as dropping people all the time or hobbies or whatever?

I thought these were cute...but I guess you could do anything with camoflauge.

My other idea would be to do a photo cake with him in his uniform...you could do matching colors for the borders.

Dang, that's a twist I didn't see coming, will have to give it some thought. I'll ask some of my Army buddies what they think tomorrow at work.

OMG! I hope you're still taking ideas LOL..I totally just pictured this in my head! You can do Speedy Gonzales?? I think that would be hilarious!!I found a good picture here..II don't know how good you are at BCT so I did one that would be semi-difficult (The first link) and one that I assume MIGHT be a little easier..(2nd link)

Careful on Speedy Gonzalez who is a Mexian mouse...I once nearly had my head handed to me by a Puerto Rican when I asked if she cooked tacos and other Mexican food. Most of what she said was in Spanish but what little I understood let me know she was not at all happy with my mistake.

SO, play up the always on the phone angle mixed w/ police....images of man on phone yammering away while wrapped up in dog leash (K9 corps) and a thief/spy or somesuch is in background making off with jeep/tank/rocket/etc. Work in the Puerto Rican flag somewhere too.

If phone screen could be large enough little scene of beach w/ palm trees?

Other images coming to mind: guard house, on phone while doing karate move on police student or thief.

If it's supposed to be humorous, I don't see Speedy being a problem at all. My husband happens to be in the Air Force, so I know the humor that circultes within Squadrons and such..I think the fact that he was Mexican, which I knew, gives a bit more kick of humor if you ask me! Remember, you're making the cake for the people asking for it..if he thinks its in poor taste, its not your fault, its theirs icon_razz.gif
