I had the same problem. icon_mad.gif I had even bought two just in case and I couldn't get either one of them off. I tried putting them in the freezer but, I didn't know about using a blowdryer.

The cake looks wonderful!

The cake looks great thumbs_up.gif

The blow dryer has always worked for me. You might just have needed to do it longer. Once the sheet is dry, it peels right off. Others have had success by putting them in the freezer. I don't know of any other ways to release them unless you remove the backing before printing but I've never tried that...just read about it at kopykake.

The freezer trick works for me...I just put it in there for about 15 seconds and then roll the image over the edge of my counter. If it still sticks in places, I put it back in the freezer for 15 more seconds. I've found that if you leave it in there any longer, the image will crack and you don't want that!
