Hello,
My fil loves cherry mash candy, do you think it's possible to make a filling out of the actual chocolates. Maybe melt them and mix with some heavy cream or would it set back up to hard?

Hi, tia! You can melt the chocolate in some heavy cream at low heat, you know the measurment depends on the amount of chocolate your using. For example: I made a "raspberry- white chocolate filling", and I used 6 ounces of chocolate with 1/4 of a cup heavy cream.
Hope this can help.
Good Luck! thumbs_up.gif
Bye!

We're talking the big chocolate covered cherry thing, right? I don't see why you can't just melt it in a double boiler with a bit of heavy cream and make a gnache type of filling out of it. Experiment with it and let us know what happens!!
