Hi every1,

I am looking for an awesome tried and true pumpkin cake recipe from scratch please. I have tried several, but none have been too good. I looked at the recipes section, but none of the recipes were rated good. I appreciate any1's help!

When I'm looking for a good cake recipe, I usually search allrecipes.com Most of the recipes are rated and reviewed dozens of times so you can be sure the recipe is tried and true. Here's one with 5 stars and 61 reviews...

Martha Stewart has a great pumpkin recipe that I just tried. It came out moist and delicious. Had many comments on it. Recipe is for cupcakes, but it can easily make a 2-layer 8" cake.

Definitly try the last link that Lisa gave you. I have personally made that cake and it is wonderful! I made it for a wedding and a birthday and both times they raved about it! Hope this helps!!
