icon_cry.gif :I just baked my daughters cake and it fell apart! I have NEVER had this happen before it is a DH white cake what do I need to add to make it more dense? icon_cry.gif I am already pushed for time and this happens!??!?! I made a 6" and 2 9" rounds both ruined!

Oh no!!! I don't usually have problems with DH!! I think that inside the box they is directions for changing the ingredients. I'll go check for you. Ithink it is adding an egg

Remake it using cake mixes. Then add either 1 c. sour cream per mix or one 4 oz box of instant pudding per mix. This should work well.

Ok, i opened one box and there was nothing inside of it. I had saved part of another box that did and it says: 1 box mix, 1 1/3 cups water, 3 eggs and 1/4 cup of oil and bake at 325. Hope this helps some!

Thank you now I will be midnight baking I cannot beleive this happened to me wasted time wasted batter UUGGGGGHHHHH! Well I guess now I have no excuss not to attemp cake balls I have a whole lot of crumbs!! I guess I could freeze them until I have time to mess with that?
