OK another goofy question...
What is the official Cake Central time? How do we find it? For example, there are currently posts for Friday and it's Thursday! Ebay, for example, has Official Ebay Time..so you know where you're at. WHile that is not VITAL here, I'm still curious about it.
thanks again as always! mudpie
click on "My Forum Information". Scroll down to bottom and change time zone to match your location.
close! GMT means Greenwich Mean Time (OR Greenwich Meridian Time) is the line in Greenwich from which all time zones are measured. The east coast of the US (ie Eastern time) is -5 hours, with that number gaining one hour as you progress West through time zones. Central time is -6, mountain time is -7 and Pacific is -8. So if it's midnight in Greenwich, it's 6pm the previous day where I am, in Central time zone. Get it?

Thanks for asking the question, because I was wondering that myself. Also, thanks to all that replied. I understand it now.
Thanks for asking that! I have been trying to figure it out. Now I am posting to see if it worked.
