Incredibles Theme Cake - 9 X 13 Sheet Cake

Okay, I have to admit that I don't like making sheet cakes...

But, when I am asked, I do them!!

Here is my 2nd Incredibles theme cake... It is for a boy that turns 8 today...

The lady said no filling inside the cake, soaked in simple syrup and yellow cake.

I saw a couple of cakes here decorated using the symbol of the Incredibles and it gave me a great idea for this cake. I traced the image onto the cake and piped it in buttercream directly onto the cake.

I hope she likes and her son like it..

Very eye-catching! It looks like a fun cake. But now you have me wondering why you don't like to make sheet cakes...

I guess its the shape... they are long and rectangular....

I like round shapes better maybe because I do them more often and feel more comfortable making them...

I don't get too many requests for sheet cakes...

i like sheet cakes...they are quicker for me to do and for me thry're easier...i don't mind square cakes either...but i find round the hardest..especially for crisp, clean edges
