Ok I'm tp the point where I have to make a decision...Do I cover the 4 tier (12,10,8,6 inch) cake with BC or fondant? I have done both once and can't decide...
My 1st fondant was very well recieved- as was the bc but neither was this large....can they be mixed layers(or would that look dumb?)

Advice needed ASAP!!!!

thanks

Is this for a client? Or a wedding? Or is this a cake for your own enjoyment? I would think if it's for a client (paid or otherwise) what do they think?
I would ask whomever the cake is for what they prefer. But if this is left up to you, what would you want on "your" cake?
Just a coupla questions for yas. Hope it all turns out for the best for ya.
Happy frosting!!!!
Vaya con dios.
