Hello. There is a local lady that bakes cakes and they are the best. Her icing is great and her cakes are so moist. I was wondering what is a popular icing for cakes for say weddings / birthday's / etc. The icing just has a really good flavor, and always goes over with guest. If anyone has any good recipes to share, I would appreciate it, otherwise if you can direct me to some good recipes on this site, I would appreciate that also. Thank you.
