Do you have Michael's or Hobby Lobby there?
They both offer the Wilton Courses...Or you might check with local cake supply stores, a lot of them offer classes as well....Sorry I can't be of more help, but as you can see I'm In Tennessee...

I'm from NY and found the location of the class I start tomorrow by going on the wilton site..under courses in your area..you can put in your zip code and it will list any classes near where you live with address and phone number of the stores

You can go to: www.wilton.com , when you`re there, on the left column, click on "Wilton Classes", then on top you`ll see "Where is my closest class?", click it and ti will ask for your zip code, also the "Mile Range", enter that information and it will give you a list with the "Michaels Stores" from your area.
