1/2 a cup, most are marked on the side of the wrapper of each cube/stick, HTH!

One stick equals 1/2 cup or 4 oz.

a one pound box of butter can be packages in 4 individually wrapped sticks..therefore, a stick is 8 tbls., 1/4 pound, or 1/2 cup
