I kept forgetting to post this disaster cake. It's from a wedding I did in Aug. This is the best tasting cake!! Family recipe! It just fell apart! I made 2, they were groom's cakes. That's all the groom wanted! I wound up making it look ok BUT I told the servers to put it in the kitchen. Cut it & serve in slices! I didn't want anyone to see it icon_biggrin.gif Let's see if I can get this pic to actually upload!

lol TC, that looks almost like my Italian creme cake that I made for a groom's cake .. mine split right in half and we ate that one icon_biggrin.gif

I think I iced it before it was cool enough.. then the cake just slid down the icing! Next time I will wait till it is totally cooled off~ LOL!! icon_smile.gif It was soooo delicious!!

OHhh, it was very good!! Yes, moist too!!

About the avatar.. I made it then Lisa helped me with the size! Also with the initials & TC cakes!! Lisa is sooo good at avatars!!! Among other things too!!
