last night I made a whip cream and fresh strawberry filling. I filled two frozen layers of cake last night around 7 pm. I was in a rush to get out of the house and I accidentally left my cake out on the counter!! icon_surprised.gif

I found it around noon today, and immediately put it in my "cold" room. So do you think its? okay? Since the layers were frozen? My house is around 69 degrees or less most of the time, and I had the cake in a cake caddy.

I actually opened up the unfinished cake and the cream tasted fine.. so its fine, right?

THANKS!!

I'm sure it will be fine. icon_smile.gif PS... I love the Miranda quote you have at the bottom. I LOVE that show.

Thanks guys!! icon_biggrin.gif

I decorated it anyways because it was just a free cake for work. I brought it in this morning and made myself the test rat.. and it was good!

Thanks again!

I always find it funny when someone asks this question. My motto is - if you're asking it, err on the side of caution and presume it's not. Whip cream is funny - you never know
