I have been running a small dessert business out of my house, only to individuals, so I guess you would call that retail.
A local bakery and I have arranged to have me make items off of my menu for them to mark up and sell, and will tell people, if they ask, that I made the items.
I have worked very hard to price my retail items based on what the market will bear in my area and this bakery is in the same area. They will ordering many items at one time.
I need to know how much to discount off my retail prices to sell wholesale to the bakery. Does 20% sound fair to all?
