Does anyone offer these? Not decorated just the dessert cakes? How do those price in comparison to regular decorated cakes? The way I price is I have a base price for ever cake, then it goes up depending on the detail in the design. I am thinking about trying some of these cakes to see how they go over and would love some thoughs and even lists of the kinds you all make. Thanks!

I offer plain undecorated dessert cakes for $15.00 a cake. This is part of my catering business.

I do all sorts of dessert cakes: Strawberry Shortcake, German Choc., Coconut, Cheesecakes, etc...each are priced individually based on the ingredients. I like to price them using 3x method.
