I have noticed that anytime I make a post, it appears twice. It's not intentional, Don't know why...

Do you hit submit more than once?

I am going through and deleting all the duplicate posts! The only reason I can think they show up twice is that you are hitting the submit button twice!

I have had this happen when I hit the back button after the post is submitted.

It can happen if you have to refresh the page too. Before posting, you can do a preview of your post. This would allow you to check and see if your message has already posted if you're not sure. Just look down at the topic review.

..if you hit the back button, after you have already hit the submit button and then hit the submit button again, it will post twice!
