I made Italian Meringue Buttercream for the first time yesterday, and I absolutely love it. I think I'll use it on all of my wedding cakes from now on, and offer it as an option for birthdays etc. It was so much easier than I thought it would be, and the taste is wonderful! I used it to make me second ever FBCT, and I think it turned out pretty well.
