First Time Imbc - I Love It!

I made Italian Meringue Buttercream for the first time yesterday, and I absolutely love it. I think I'll use it on all of my wedding cakes from now on, and offer it as an option for birthdays etc. It was so much easier than I thought it would be, and the taste is wonderful! I used it to make me second ever FBCT, and I think it turned out pretty well.

Thanks to everyone here for introducing me to IMBC!

Your cake turned out great!! I still can't get the hang of the FBCT...lol But you on the other hand did a awesome job!!

IMBC is 100% the best tasting icing (in my humble opinion). And it smooths so nicely!

Beautiful cake, I just love Betty Boop !!! My next goals are to try Fondant and Buttercream transfer as soon as I get brave enough !!!
