Khalua Raspberry cream filling

I am making a chocolate wedding cake this week and wanted to use the Khalua raspberry cream filling. The wedding is on a Friday evening, but they may want to pick up on Thursday. How long in advance can I fill the cake? It will be kept in a fridge.

I don't know but it sounds really yummy!! I would expect that a couple of days in the fridge (well covered to prevent odor transfer) should be just fine though!

I have made a cake with this filling, its really good, i made it the day before i needed it and 3 days later when we finally finished it it still yasted good!! hope this helps.

..it certainly does sound delish!!! I think you would be safe with it in the fridge for 3 to 4 days!!
