There was a post earlier that someone asked for my recipe for Grand Marnier liquer...I thought I would post the others I have...

Irish Cream

Can of sweetened condensed milk(Eagle Brand) 300 ML
Large eggs 3
Can of Evaporated Milk (Carnation)etc... 385ML
Instant chocolate drink powder 1 Tbsp
Coconut Flavoring 1/8 tsp
Instant coffee Granules 1 Tsp
Rye Whiskey any Brand....1 Cup

Put first 7 ingredients into a blender.Blend until Smooth!
Add Whiskey.Mix again.Pour into a glass container and cover.Store in the refridgerater.Gets thicker as it sits!! Shake or stir before pouring.Makes 5 cups.

Amaretto

Granulated sugar 2 Cups
Boiling water 1-1/2 Cups
Vodka 2 Cups
Brandy 2 Cups
Almond flavoring 1-1/2 tbsp

Bring sugar and water to a boil in large saucepan.Boil for 2 minutes.Cool for about 30 minutes.

Add Vodka,Brandy and almond flavoring.Stir.Pour into a jar with tight fitting lid.Store at room temperature for at least 1 week before serving.Makes 6 cups!

Kahlua

Granulated sugar 4 Cups
Instant coffee granules 1/4 Cup
Boiling water 2-1/4 Cups
Brandy 2 Cups
Vanilla beans 2

Stir sugar, coffee granules and boiling water in a pitcher or large bowl.Stir until sugar is dissolved.Cool.

Add Brandy and vanilla beans.Stir. Cover.Let stand at room temperature for about 20 days.Strain into a jar with tight fitting lid.Makes 6 1/4 Cups

Enjoy!! The irish cream only takes about 10 mintues to make!! Great gift for a Hostess at a dinner party.I just clean out a liquor bottle from something else and pour it in and tie a nice ribbon around.Must be refridgerated as there is raw eggs in it!! Delicious!!

That is so awesome. I did not realize you could make these. I thought you had to buy them at the liquor store. Shows you how much I know. These sould like they would make great gifts. You should list these in the recipe section.
