What's the difference, really? Are there things you can do with gum paste you can't do with fondant? Can you use MMF for modeling figures? Enlighten me, please.
I ask because I'm going to try MMF fondant this weekend and I want to know what this baby can do!!!
Thanks.

The gumpaste dries faster and harder than the fondant...the store bought fondant seems to dry quciker than the MMF but all of them can be used to mold figurines and such, and the MMF tastes really good.....also, I can get the gumpaste rolled out a lot thinner than I can the fondant......hopes this helps.

CIndymm4...thanks for the info...I have used both for similar types of projects and I never knew the differences of each......
