O.k. the cake was bad enough to do but it only got worse. I had put the cake on the counter to come to room temp. from the refrigerator. We were outside playing silly string with the boys and one of them decided to go in the house. The cat went in with him, ugh!!!! By the time DH got in the house the cat had eaten the face off of Wanda the girl fairy!! I was so mad if only I could have gotten ahold of her. I ended up cutting the face completely off and just playing it off as something falling on it in the fridge. My wonderful son was not worried at all, he said that it looked good when we took the pictures and that's all that mattered. Never, Ever will I make another FO cake again!!!!!!!!! It was doomed from the beginning.

You know what they say...."all is well that ends well". Glad you got to take pic of the cake before the mishap....I looked at it in your gallery, it looks great!!

What is it with cats and BC icing....I have a cat that won't touch any kind of human food but leave BC icing out and she is all over it.....LOL......your cake turned out beautifully and it pleased your son so that's all that really matters!!
