How long and at what temp should I cook my cake in a 1/4 sheet jelly roll pan? I believe its 10.5 x 15.5 (not positive, pans at home, I'm at work). I don't have a heating core, should I use rose nails?

I never use any heating core for my jelly roll pan
I just bake however long the recipe calls for
But with all my cakes i check 5 min before to see if the cake is done
