these pieces are made out of pulled sugar.. its my first time doing any work with sugar.

I literally said WOW outloud when I saw those.

I've never used sugar pulling, never saw it done except on the Food Net work. Was it hard. they are amazing!

There is so much talent on this board!

I really admire anyone who can work with sugar. And for a first timer, YOU did a FANTASTIC job!!

I would love to try it but my hands are so super sensitive to heat that even if I used the food safety gloves I think it would still be waaaaaaay too hot for me.
Keep up the beautiful work.
