Hi everyone, I am doing the baby cupcakes out of the new WIlton yearbook, the ones covered with baby blankets. How much does everyone charge for cupcakes? I will be loaning my cupcake stand, so there will be 23 cupcakes.

For cupcakes I usually do $1. But for something like those that is more than a simple swirl and sprinkles I would charge more. I'd go around $1.50 for them. You have to keep in mind the cost of the fondant and the extra time it takes to make the babies and blankets.

Thanks, that is what I thought to....although I quoted them $30 and they came back asking what would a cake cost as $30 is a little over their cake budget! Mrs Missey, I love the all blue and the facial expressions, I did the cupcakes in Sept but that was my gift.

The funny part is the people I gave the cupcakes to as a gift were willing to pay $30 for the cupcakes!
