Pumpkin Mousse Tarts are always a hit at my work. They are light and airy, very easy and delicious. Even people who don't care for pumpkin pie love these. One recipe yields approximately 30 tarts. Let me know if you want the recipe and I can pm you.

How about some good old fashioned peanut brittle or toffee? Maybe some peppermint bark (gets people thinking about the holidays and is super easy). Have fun and good luck! icon_smile.gif

I think the peanut brittle idea sounds good and you can do it in the microwave, really quick. Also, you
could do pepermint bark, it's another really easy microwave quickie....I have recipes for both if you need them...

I am making "lickty split spoons" for a bake sale for my daughter's cheerleading team. All you do is dip plastic spoons in melted white or regular chocolate (I used melted chocolate chips) and then the edges into sprinkles, or nuts. You can also drizzle another color over the top. Just rest it waxed paper to dry. Very simple, and very cheap. Kids love them.

Tiger butter!!! It is some good stuff! It is white chocolate, peanut butter and milk chocolate. It is really good and really fast! As a side note, it is REALLY GOOD as dipped apples. Just mix the peanut butter and white chocolate and then drizzle the milk chocolate.

1 lb. Vanilla Almond Bark
1 18 oz jar of creamy peanutbutter (or crunchy if you like)
1 lb milk chocolate.

Melt vanilla almond bark, add peanut butter until well incorporated. Pour mixture onto a waxed paper-lined 9 in square pan. Melt and then pour Milk chocolate over peanut butter mixture, and swirl through with a knife. Chill until firm. Cut into 1-1/2x1-inch pieces.

last summer my neighborhood had a bake sale and along with the cookies on sticks, the most popular item was chocolate pops. They were SUPER easy and quick to make and the kids LOVED them! Do you have any molds that you could use?

Chocolate Mice are a big hit at my daughters school.. its our holiday season tradition... we make these for all of her bake sales and parties...

Maraschino cherries (with stems) dipped in choc almond bark, attach a Hershey Kiss to the end without the stem, add almond slivers for ears and let dry on wax paper.

How about chocolate dipped pretzels? Dip pretzel rods in regular or white chocolate, then sprinkles , or drizzle with melted candy melts in any color to match the occasion.

You can use also put marshmallows on popscicle sticks (2 per stick) and dip them in chocolate then decorate accordingly. I saw these at target today, a box of 5 that were done as snowmen was about $9.00.

I love making dipped pretzels. I make a bunch of different kinds, but my favorite is the Turtle pretzel.

I dip a pretzel rod about 2/3 of the way in some melted caramel, let it set for a few minutes then dip them in melted chocolate. Right after I dip them in chocolate I roll them in chopped pecans.

I give my pretzels away as part of my goodie bag I give out for Christmas. Everyone loves them.
