This is my most requested cake from my family!
One carrot cake mix
One box vanilla instant pudding
Milk in place of the water
(use the called for amount of oil)
1 cup walnuts (or a different kind of nut, also you can put the amount of nuts you wish)
1 cup rasins
1 tsp. butter extract
Fold in the walnuts and rasins after mixing all of the above. Makes a very dense moist and flavorfull cake.
