i am looking for a thick consist. filling for sculpted cakes. iam making a cowboy hat and boots and she wants a filling , so if anyone knows of anything please HELP!

You can use a thick consistency buttercream for a filling, or just add chocolate (chocolate buttercream), cocoa and a little coffee (mocha buttercream), or a seedless fruit preserve (any flavor...just mix 'em in).
