Last night, Sweetart posted the most beautiful topsy turvy cake, under Contemporary Wedding Cakes...I would really like to know how she made this cake...Is it an optical illusion or what are those cakes resting on???

Cindy....you should PM sweetart if you haven't already. I took a look at the cake and it is very beautiful, but it's not done the way the tutorial shows you how. Sweetarts cakes are not cut to be slanted, they look like they are propped up on one side to seem slanted. Perhaps with dowels? Ask Sweetart and let us know....thanks!
