I would like a recipe for a "no crust" buttercream icing. Also, a good recipe for one that will stand up to high humidity would be appreciated!

For this you want to use a product called Stay Ice its a powder you put right in to your frosting mix.. Its a stablizer and will help with the humidity so your icing does not melt.. Now that dose not mean that you can place the cake in the sun...
1 1/2 cups Sweetex shortening
2 lbs powder sugar
1 Tablespoon Stay Ice
2 teaspoons Vanilla or flavoring of choose
Mix it all together just like you would your frosting recipe..
