Don't know of the cake you are talking about--but I have the Cake Bible and use some of the recipes out of that. I also regularly search here and www.foodnetwork.com. HTH--Pam

Thanks Mac....I have gone on several websites, but haven't seen that recipe....There are so many websites and I am a computer dummy....Plus kinda new to this and don't know all the best websites to visit re cake decorating, although I seem to stay on this one most of the time....I have really learned a lot here and appreciate all the help I have received.

For really yummy cakes using mixes I like to use the recipes from Earlenes site.. I made a cake for a baby shower this weekend and the top tier was a Bailey's Irish Cream Chocolate Cake with chocolate ganache filling and butter cream icing.. The bottom tier was a white pound cake with peach passionfruit and buttercream filling and buttercream frosting..
Everyone loved them.. I used the recipes from Earlenes site and just subsituted Baileys for the Kaluaha she had in her recipe.

That sounds wonderful. I will definitely check out that website. There are so many sites and I am just so new to this that I don't have a clue. Thanks so much.

By the way, I love your avatar!!!

This one sounds definitely decadently chocolate, and starts with a cake mix too! I think any brand of choc pudding would work, I'm not familiar with the "Thank You" brand.

CHOCOLATE, CHOCOLATE, CHOCOLATE CAKE
from COOKS.COM

1 box chocolate cake mix
1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding
1 can Thank You brand chocolate pudding
2 eggs
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 c. chocolate chunks or chips
2 tbsp. white sugar

Mix together cake mix, dry instant pudding, Thank you pudding, eggs and oil. Blend well. Spread into prepared 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.

I think I'm going to try it! Janice
