icon_cry.gif My poor KA died! Does anyone know how/where i can get it fixed. This was my first time using it to!

If i can't get it fixed i think i'll stick to hand mixing everything. How else am i suppose get nice arms? icon_wink.gificon_razz.gif )

I believe KA has a money back guarantee or warranty or something...Especially since it's the first time for you to use it. Return it back to the store.

First time and it quit. I wuld definitely call their service dept. They'll send you a new one faster than you can complain.

good morning i just saw your message i know of a place if you live in toronto its called cutting edge they repair kitchen aide and also kenwood chef and other brands i hope this helps

No way that buttercream icing should have done your KA in!! Something is wrong with it and I'd have them fix it!

No way should it have died the first time you used it, even if what you were mixing was a very stiff consistency. Take it back ASAP!

I went and took it apart myself to see what was wrong ,and the plastc peice that the little lever thing(that you push back and forth for speeds) is attached to broke. (if you ever looked inside a KA you'd see it) icon_sad.gif

I've tried calling and i sent a email! No help with calling ,and i guess we'll see about the email. I'll have to try and call again to. I just hope i don't have to spend to much more money to get it fixed.
