Last year I was given for Christmas a wonderful cake. I was told it was called a Texas Pecan Cake. It was very moist with top to bottom and side to side Pecans. I asked where she got it and was told that her husband got it and she did not know. Well they moved and I have been searching for a recipe ever sense. Any help out there??

Thanks in advance,
Pop Moon

I found 2 recipes on recipegoldmine.com, one is for
Pecan whisky cake (under fruit cake section) and the other is Nut Cake Deluxe (under Bundt cakes)...
You may want to check and see if either of these sounds similar to what you had...They both sounded good....
