Hello everyone!! My mother's name is Iris and I really want to do a special cake for her on her birthday (Jan 4). I thought I should get an early start with my idea b/c I'm already having a hard time with some things. First of all, I've been able to find iris cutters online but cannot find anyone who sells them with instructions!!! Does anyone know of someplace that would have directions or has anyone seen books with instructions for an iris? I wouldn't mind buying a book but don't want to if it isn't going to help me!
Thanks in advance for the help!! thumbs_up.gif

I have "Cakes by Design" by Scott Clark Woolley. It is a great book to have and it has all kinds of flowers in it. It has an Iris in it.
The book is kind of thick, but I will see if I can scan it and pm you the instructions.
