Earlier this week I mixed up some cookie dough for some cookies I am going to bake today and I started wondering how long it's ok to refrigerate cookie dough. Does anyone know? I guess I started worrying about the eggs.

I would think that a week would be my limit. You can also freeze most cookie doughs before you bake them. Just let them thaw in the fridge. I have baked sugar cookies that were made the week before and you could not tell the difference.
