I made royal icing about 3 weeks ago and I am keeping in airtight containers. I was going to make cookies TOMORROW (10-29-05)
. Is the icing still going to be good, what if they do not eat the cookies for another week. Are they still good?
Thanks in advance for your rapid responses.

Oh yeah, it's still good. Royal will keep almost indefinitely, you don't have to worry about anyone getting sick either. It's just sugar (which is it's own natural presevative anyway) and meringue powder (which will keep a looooong time)
Don't worry, you're fine!
