Hi, I am a mother of two sons, Stephen age 26 and Percell Jr. age 2; a grandmother of four, 1 girl and 3 boys and I hail from the great state of Virginia where I have been baking and decorating cakes for the past two years.

In 1976, I won the Virginia State 4H baking contest for my Apple Nut Raisin Bread. I was given the opportunity to be featured among the Who's Who in America in 1995.

I am a diy person and love to build and invent things. I became addicted to Cake Central in October of 2004 and have enjoyed every minute of it.

I would like to give Jackie, Heath and the staff a big thank you for giving me this great opportunity to be featured in this article and for making Cake central a wonderful place to visit, share ideas and cake techniques.
