I am married and a stay at home mom to one son. I was born and raised in Florida, lived in New Orleans for 5years and now live in north central Florida where we moved after hurricane Katrina.

I learned to decorate in 2000 so I could make my grandparent's 50th anniversary cake which turned out great thanks to my wonderful instructor's advice.

In addition to cakes, I love making decorated cookies, crocheting, and I'm learning to sew.

I learned about Cake Central from another website and immediately loved all the information to be found and fun I found. I have learned so much and even overcame my fear of fondant! I never knew it could be so fun.

My favorite tools are a paint spackler from the hardware dept for smooth buttercream, antonia's icing and my big icer tip.

My proudest cake moment was the seashell wedding cake I made for my dear friends this past May. I made the bride cry she was so pleased with it!
