After trying out a few cake mix extenders I came up with my own variation. Using a regular box of Pillsbury Super Moist Classic White Cake this extender makes about 40 cupcakes. The cupcakes are extremely moist and fluffy too!

A doctored cake mix recipe that makes Egg Nog cupcakes that taste like Christmas! Not too sweet with just the right amount of spice & egg nog.
Makes about 30 cupcakes and can be used to make 2 – 9″ round cake also.
This is the recipe that we use in Puerto Rico to make wedding cakes.
High Ratio White Cake is very SOFT & BUTTERY very tasty cake. Can be used with Buttercream or Fondant. Goes well with Banana WC mousse, Banana custard, mini chocolate chips, layers drenched in banana syrup. I used banana flavored MMF.. Just to die for! MychefWorld
This is an awesome butter cake. It is a dense cake, great for stacking. It tastes GREAT with Indydebi’s BC. I never make this cake without getting compliments.
This is a family favorite- its so yummy- its yellow cake with frozen raspberries baked into it with a yummy sauce- serve it warm- it tastes the best!!
The orange extract is optional, but it makes an ice complement to the flavor of the cake.
This recipe was originally in an old Betty Crocker Cookbook, that belonged to my mom, from 1958. I changed some of the ingredient quantinties and came up with a moist scratch yellow cake. It’s an easy recipe that tastes pretty good. Hope you like it.
This was in response to the poster wanting Creme Brulee filling for a cake. It is a jump off from a pineapple upside down cake I have made for years. The icing and filling is a variation on a Buttercream.
