Ok…I am SOOO sorry, but I intermixed two different recipes when I posted the first version of this fudge. That teaches me to do things from memory…THIS is the famous recipe from my grandmother…I even called my aunt to verify and she says “yep, thats it…people traveled for miles to have Albina’s fudge…” Hopefully this will work for all and you enjoy it as much as we did

This is a famous recipe in my Fathers hometown. He was born and raised in a little fishing village in Mass. My Grandma made this all of the time using hunks of chocolate and fresh baked pumpkin she’d get at specialty shops, but I found an easier way to do this…Hershey’s kisses and canned pumpkin! Ive added a few “extra’s” to call it my own.

Boston Cream Pie is really a cake consisting of 2 layers of yellow cake filled with pastry cream and topped with chocolate glaze. This recipe is easier than it looks and well worth the effort!
