A yummy bluberry season recipe. Very moist & fruity!! I use a creamy mousse icing to go with it. Something light so It doesn’t take from the rich flavor of the cake!

This is a yummy and unique cake! The frosting is very soft, but it can be decorated a bit if you leave it in the fridge a while first. There is a pic in my photos of this cake decorated. I would avoid putting “heavy” decorations on it as they would sink into the frosting. Enjoy!!

My husband is a blueberry fanatic so I created this blueberry cake for him. It was based off of a similar strawberry cake that starts with a box of white cake mix. Please let me know what you think and if you find any good variations for filling/frosting, etc. Also if you have more specifics on the cooking times since I did not keep track of how long it took exactly. Thanks for looking! I wanted to keep experimenting with this but mentioned it on a post and got requests for the recipe so figured I should get it up here.

This is a very pretty cake. Make sure to use black plums as they will turn pink when they bake and will look beautiful. The plums and blueberries can be replaced with peaches. You can also leave out the blueberries which makes a delicious plum cake! Enjoy!!!

A lemony cake is baked over scrumptious blueberries in a springform pan. Invert the cake so that the blueberries are on top! Serve warm with fresh whipped cream.
